"Vaporeon's omission from this round of research"

#PokemonGO: After looking at the great infographics that have been posted after this week's rotation of research tasks, it seems that there is no equivalent of 'Evolve 3 Fire/Electric types' with the corresponding Eeveelution as a reward.Isn't this a bit strange?
