"A Thundershock Zapdos with 1 attack IV has the same DPS as a 15 attack Zapdos with Charge Beam"

#PokemonGO: I wanted to get a sense of the difference in DPS is between Zapdos with Thundershock (TS) and one with Charge Beam (CB).In the Pokebox function on Pokebattler, I input several L40 Zapdos with Thunder Bolt (TB), including one 15/15/15 CB/TB, and multiple TS/TB Zapdos with x/15/15 IVs, where x ranged from 0-15.Using these Zapdos vs a Kyogre raid boss, the TS/TB Zapdos that came closest to matching the CB/TB Zapdos had IVs of 1/15/15.I used TTW (Time to Win) to assess the performance as a measure of DPS. The 15/15/15 TS/TB Zapdos had a TTW of 879.5 seconds, the 15/15/15 CB/TS Zapdos had a TTW of 936.6 seconds. The 1/15/15 Zapdos had a TTW of 911.3 seconds while the 0/15/15 has a TTW of 979.0 seconds. The performance of a perfect Zapdos is between a 0/15/15 and 1/15/15 TS/TB Zapdos.I assumed extreme weather, no friend bonus and unknown weather. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2NRAMSA
