#PokemonGO: Here it is! Could this be the lowest CP Blissey in existence? Quite possible. I'd be curious to know if anyone else on the subreddit has a weaker one. I saw a post by a guy who evolved a 10 CP magikarp to gyrados. But here I am with my Blissey. I plan to use it to defend gyms still. It might make my teammates mad because I wasted the Blissey spot with one that's 42 CP. Haha. But hopefully it will make everyone say "wtf" at least. I don't know if I should be disappointed with this Blissey, or just laugh about it. I also wonder how rare it is to even find a Blissey in the wild.
