"[Story] Bullying. Is it possible for someone who is being bullied to change teams?"

#PokemonGO: So there is this guy in our "city" (pretty rural) who is getting bullied pretty bad. He is always, like always laughed at for having less balls in raids and not being able to catch X Pokemon after a raid.A lot of people made it a sport to watch all the gyms he joins and immediatly kick him out. The guy has no chance of coins what so ever.My and my other friend are all team Mystic (Blue) and he is (Yellow) Instict?Is it possible for the guy to switch teams? At this point he's getting really depressed and thinking about quitting. We often take him with us so he has a good time once in a while but that's not always possible.We already reached out to Niantic giving the bully's IGN's etc. but they can't do much.I had the idea to maybe make him switch teams so we can defend gyms together so he gets his coins and some balls.If this is not possible I'll just start a new account with all my friend to defend the guy.PS: Any other tips are welcome!
