"At what point do you call an area "rural"? Tips for rural players?"
#PokemonGO: Hello there, trainers! So im a returning player who started day 1 but quit like 1 or 2 months later, due to lack of content and the technical problems the game had. However i kept watching the popular PoGo-Youtubers almost daily. Since i got a new phone that actually runs the game (my old one didnt) i started playing again at the end of june. Im currently level 33, playing daily. Long story short: This is where im playing all day: https://ift.tt/2MXtMCH my question is, would you call that a rural place? I would have to drive 20mins to the next pokestops. The problems i have here, are as following:-The last few days (since Eevee CD) i had to buy 600 pokeballs due to lack of stops and "ball-drop-ratio". (Now you can say i dont have to catch every weedle i see, but isnt that the point of the game? Gotta catch `em all? Particularly because i want the exp/dust. And also, IMO, my throws are pretty accurate. Sure l miss some balls here and there, but still, compared to the amount of spawns i get, the balls from the stops are a mere drop in the ocean.)-The spawns here are garbage.. On my nearby list are almost exclusively Sentret, Wurmple, Rattata, Hoppip, Bellsprout and Weedle. Even pidgeys are kinda rare. Also, why is it, that these common mons are so hard to catch sometimes? It cant be that rattata (not turning into ditto) jumps out of 3 great curves in a row and stays in at the 4th most garbage throw ever...-Some days there is not one single raid after 3pm, when i come home from work (luckily its an EX-gym tho). The only upside this area has: its a pretty huge nest.(Nests since i started playing again: Wooper, Nidoran female, Seel and now, luckily, Duskull) The most rare pokemon i could find so far are Sengo, Ursaring, Aerodactyl, Chikorita and Treecko. So i hope you get an idea how it feels playing here. I know there are many many other people having much worse spots, but its not fun anymore to pay so much just because i live where i live. Does anyone have any tips how i can improve the gameplay here? I know about Ingress and did download it, but playing this actively for like 2months to get level 10 is out of question for me. The game doesnt look appealing to me.Thanks for reading through!I appreciate every tips you can give! Greetings from germany. :) via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2w5RQfq
