"Gifts-- There must be better ways"

#PokemonGO: This whole gift thing has become annoying and down right cumbersome and I only have 53 friends. Every time you open or send a gift game pops you back to top of list and not where you were in your list (annoying to scroll over and over), no way to mass send or mass open gifts to reduce time wasted. Sorting options are poor at best. 1. Who do I need to send a gift to yet 2. Sort by high and low friendship levels (not just high to low) 3. day gift received (so I do not keep opening same 20 people's gifts (I rarely get to 20 before getting annoyed and bored) and reduce time scrolling) these are just a few that would help some. Scrolling is clunky at best. Not exactly brilliant work with implementation but Niantic is really good at messing up the obvious IMO. Anyone else have thoughts or tips to make this process less a pain, most days I just do not bother to open or send many gifts.
