"I don’t want to get banned!"

#PokemonGO: Hello, all.I’m a casual Pokémon Go player. I’m level 23 and I open the game up for a few days every few weeks and play. Tonight, however, I have received two separate warnings from Niantic about violating some kind of rule.I honestly have no idea what they are talking about, and I really don’t want to get banned because my boyfriend and I play together when we go on dates.I haven’t travelled. I haven’t used any ‘outside site’ or source, and I honestly don’t even know how to do anything other than catch Pokémon. I’m very upset and confused. This literally came out of nowhere.What can I do?
