"Don’t Complain About Events PLEASE"

#PokemonGO: Please stop complaining about overlapping events! If you’re not careful you’ll get exactly what you’re asking for: less events. Especially as the weather starts to get colder people need more excuses to get out. Diverse events help to keep people playing, especially the more casual player base. People continuing to play means continued content development and improvements.I get that the people who want to grind for shiny Pokémon as soon as they release might be bummed that spawns are a bit more diluted. This sub also probably has a greater proportion of those players than the general population, which is why the negative viewpoints come out strongly here. Please consider that these mini pop up events literally last a day or two. The female thing is exactly 24 hours. The pikachu thing was a weekend give or take. The other event Pokémon are still around, just a little harder to find. These limited events have also been each bringing new shiny possibilities with them as well, and once a shiny is introduced you will always still have a chance to find it.TLDR be careful what you wish for if you complain about the mini events that have been popping up. They add diversity and keep more casual players interested which means even more content. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2CFm2Un
