"Pokémon saying their names bothers me"

I'm not sure if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but I much prefer how Generations and Origins made the Pokemon sound, making more animal-like noises. I feel like them saying their names takes away from the world and makes it farther from a reality. I understand that it might help kids learn the Pokemon's names, but it's been leaking into other forms of media besides the anime and it really annoys me via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2IMY75N
