Can confirm that your starter Pikachu or Eevee gender is random! I Started my game with a heart-shaped Pikachu, but wanted a male. Reset game twice (delete save data in Switch menu, restart game).You can tell the gender after the Gamefreak logo when you see the tail the first time. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2B7YiGR
