[Spoiler]When you reach Cerulean City in the Pokemon Center there is a ring master looking guy who teaches you fire, water and electric moves for eevee.All moves are 1 hit so no charge time and they either paralyse/burn/heal you.These moves seem very OP considered you can learn all 3 for FREE.The power of my attacks went from 40 damage avg to 90.https://ift.tt/2FmHcsL via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2DENVww
