Pokemon always felt like one of those things that is impossible to adapt into live action due to how unrealistic and cartoony it is, yet it's actually happening... Not only that, it's also the first live action video game movie to receive such a large amount of hype and positive reaction from the initial trailer alone.It's very accurate to the source material and even covers all 7 generations rather than going the simple route of pandering to the first generation.We really have to thank the Detective Pikachu game for happening in the first place, don't we?But yeah, I keep pinching myself to see if this is a dream.
