"How To Solve Missing Pokédex Issues For Returning and New Trainers"

#PokemonGO: First off, I understand that more and more people start playing again or begin their journey for the 1st time always prompts you (Niantic) to bring back legendaries that us diehards have come across more times than we can count. Totally understand why. But there's a better solution to this that will both keep the diehards and the newcomers happy.Instead of recycling legendaries that a portion of us are not interested in anymore why not create a means of filling those pokédex holes by just clicking on missing dex entries? You could call it a ** Personal Quest**. This is one way how it could work.Go to your pokédex and select a shadow or missing entry. The professor then sets you off on a journey to obtain this pokémon.Complete the tasks and from there you'll earn your very 1st [enter pokémon name here].Certain pokémon such as regionals would not be available for this feature if you live outside of that region. Final stages for pokémon such as less common species could not be obtained either. Legendaries would be a lot tougher to obtain but doable. Once the task is complete you cannot do another to obtain more.Partying words, I play no matter what. Old legendaries, new ones, good ones, bad ones. I don't care. I have fun no matter what. But if you're going to rehash pokémon that diehards don't care for I suggest giving out better rewards than 20 pokéballs aftera week of Field Research. Just a thought. via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2GJyN3i
