"400 Candy Evolutions"

#PokemonGO: I constantly see people speculating if/what a Sinnoh 400 candy evolution could be. I see majority of people speculating that it will be Hippopotas, but when you look at the trend (something small getting super big) I realized that Glameow would make an excellent candidate.
