"Follow up: Mysteriously appearing Pokestops and Gyms"

#PokemonGO: Yesterday I posted about a new Pokestop and Gym that appeared which did not follow the expected rules of new Locations.Last night, more strange appearances occurred. In a level 14 S2 cell that already had 3 gyms (none of them sponsored) a new Gym was created from an existing portal which was not previously a Pokestop. That portal shares a level 17 cell with an existing Pokestop.Additionally, in 2 adjacent level 17 cells, other portals also became Pokestops despite each cell already having a Pokestop.Just like the first occurrence, this change did not happen at the standard "new Pokestop" time of day.In the Imgur album below, you can see the 3 new locations on the Ingress Intel map as well as a zoomed out map showing the 4 gyms that now exist within this L17 cell.
