"It’s surprisingly easy to run PvP tournaments (GamePress)"

#PokemonGO: Hi! I’ve run a handful of tourneys now, both live and online. It is really smooth and easy to do. First the article:http://bit.ly/2RWXxcC the TLDR:-Silph Arena software is pretty darn good, and basically runs the tournament for you.-other tournament software is more flexible, but showing teams for 6 choose 3 is why I love Silph-you can still use the software as is for unranked Ultra or Master league tourneys. Just fudge CPs-Pick a regular time for tourneys (like Tuesday’s at 7, 1 hour after CD, every 3rd Wednesday) so players know where to find a game.-local play groups may benefit from building online leagues-attendance is low early on and that’s ok. Create a fun experience and more players will show. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2Rzxk4t
