"Is the new lowered speed cap increasing the blank sightings/spawns bug?"

#PokemonGO: I hadn't really noticed but the recent higher speed cap seemed to correspond with a lack of the irritating issue where standing still the mon around you would disappear or even DOUBLE DISAPPEAR after blinking back for a split second. Whereas with the new lower limit I had it happen within the first 10min of play. Is this just RNG for me or did others experience alleviation of the problem with the higher cap and a worsening with the lower cap? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2T81HyW
