"Making Parks better than Parking Lots: How do we reduce Pokemon Drive?"

#PokemonGO: It seems like most community days, and now during special research days, there are frequent refrains that this game is better played in cars instead of on foot. Obviously this is very dependent on the actual locations, but I've seen this in person many times. If we wardrive the event, we get more/better results than taking it slow on a stroll through the park. Niantic has a stated goal of wanting to get people walking, so what could they change to actually encourage that?One thought I had that might help is fairly straightforward: Spawns in parks have twice the shiny rate and a stat floor, maybe 5/5/5. After all, Pokemon who grow up and live in natural environments should be healthier than those that live around cars, right?What about you? If you spend more time on wheels than on foot, what would make it worthwhile to change it up? (Weather permitting, if course.
