"Another event where event specific Pokemon are nerfed towards the end"

#PokemonGO: At this point its hard not to notice this reoccurring pattern and I'm not sure if this is caused by certain weather conditions or if its intentionally nerfed by Niantic but either way this is an issue that needs to be resolved because all this does is make hunting event boosted shinies harder for no apparent reason.We've had windy weather for a few hours so far tonight and partly cloudy before that throughout the day and while I was out tonight hunting fighting type shinies, 90% of spawns were regular non-event related Pokemon and this happens every event. At certain times during my hunting session, it honestly felt like the event had ended which should not be happening. I would ask why this happens but I figured only Niantic can answer this question because we dont know whether the spawns were intentionally nerfed or not. Regardless, I hope this issue gets resolved before the next event because many trainers are also spending time finding event related shinies towards the end of the event as well.
