"How do I tell people in my raid group that they’re using bad Pokémon without sounding like a condescending jerk?"

#PokemonGO: I’m not going to lie to you and say I have the greatest account in the world, but I’m level 38 and have all the decent counters powered up to a decent level. Three accounts similar to mine would be able to beat Rayquaza.Today I got a group together to attempt a 3-man on Ray, and I wouldn’t be posting this if we didn’t fail miserably. As the timer ran down, I looked around in the lobby and saw Aggron and Mawile, and I knew it wasn’t happening.Earlier this month, we did the same with a four man on Dialga. Again, maybe tight, but doable. We failed just barely, and it was honestly even more upsetting, because I knew with proper counters, we could have done it.We share infographics from here for every legendary raid, yet people still do this. How do you guys educate your community without beings jerks about it? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2HGvGrx
