"Pokemon Go Plus still useless"

#PokemonGO: I have run into some problems ONLY when connected to pogo plus. I tried with two different cell phones (my new and old one) with completely different specs and both are the same.Problem with catching and spining: My Go Plus is catching 1-2 pokemon every 15 minutes or so and barely spinning pokestops even when I am walking and there are Pokemons/Pokestops all around.Can't manually spin a pokestop: It gives me a 'try again later' error when trying to manually spin a pokestop ONLY when i am connected to pogo plus! I can spin a pokestop just fine, when I am not connected to Go Plus when walking.Tracking distance: walk distance tracked is less than it is supposed to be ONLY when i am connected to pogo plus! I rarely deviate from my daily walk routine, so I am well aware of the distance pogo would track per day. However, when I have a pogo plus on, it only tracks less than a half. (I do not use adventure sync, as I never had a problem with Go Plus tracking my walk distance before)I can spin pokestops fine and track distance properly when I am NOT connected to Go Plus. It seems that this problem persists for only a subset of players. What could be the cause of this? and how to fix this?Please share your experience so that Niantic can precisely and effectively identify the problem without compromising other aspects of the game.
