"Returning After 2.5 Years"

#PokemonGO: Fellow trainers,I am returning to the game after playing feverishly for the first four months. I see SO much has changed...Ditto, legendaries, Gen II, Gen III, Gen IV (?), trading, battling, raids, research, star pieces, etc. I used to have websites that I referenced and YouTube accounts that I subscribed to but when I unplugged I unplugged totally. I'm looking for suggestions on ways to help bring me up to speed on the meta, for instance a website that has accurate Poké stops and gyms on a map (used to have one) and one to check IVs (can't remember how I used to decide who to keep and who to grind into candy).
