"A friend from every country in the world (with some exceptions)"

#PokemonGO: Like the guys who do insane things in game once they've passed level 40, I aspire to do something as well. To get one friend from every country in the world. (Excluding Antarctica, North Korea, Vatican, Syria/Iraq and other places where the game is banned altogether) It sure is possible, as there are 195 official countries and the capacity of the friends list is 200. This is easy for say, Europe, but I’m having trouble with Africa.
