"Extra hour to evolve IS WORKING in North America"

#PokemonGO: Maybe this is obvious, but I wasn’t sure, given posts from other regions. Lot of people on my regional servers are wondering, so I used some candies in the name of science.Anyways, it worked for me on the East Coast. Hope it’s working for everyone else.Edit: for clarity, I meant the standard hour that we’ve been getting, i.e., 6-7 pm.
