"Help!! I can’t log into my account"

#PokemonGO: I was logging out because my app was stuck on the loading screen and sometimes that’s easier for me to get into the app because sprint isn’t the best on my phone. I tried logging back in but the app was telling me to delete cookies and history so I did that.. and when I tried to log back in again it gave me an error message 401.
