"Next EX Passes Potentially Clock Blocked in Central and Mountain time zones"

#PokemonGO: As brought up by myself and other in the "Legendary Lunch Hour experiment" thread, unless Niantic changes the date of when the next EX passes go out, potentially the Central and Mountain time zones will get clock blocked from the next EX raid passes. The next EX pass is on April 11th/April 12th - means that EX passes go out the day before. Since EX passes should go out at 12:55 PM CT on April 10th, all the gyms in the central time zone will be clock blocked. Since EX passes go out about 11:55 AM MT, that means the mountain time zone will also be blocked because eggs start hatching at 11:50 local time for the Legendary Lunch Raids.I have tweeted at Niantic and I honestly hope this standalone thread will also bring awareness to them if they haven't already planned for it. I would rather be prepared and make sure they know then see a lot of people in the Mountain and Central timezones get blocked from chances at EX passes because they didn't realize it.
