"Pokemon Go Error 25 and Wrong Catch issue"

#PokemonGO: Recently I have been getting error 25 every time I open the app. I would click a Pokemon and it would disappear, leaving me with the error 25. It has been getting very annoying! Four Pokemon would spawn and 3/4 would disappear after I click them. To make things worse at times when I would catch a Pokemon it would turn into something else after being caught. For example, I caught a Swablu and once I caught it, it turned into a oddish. Has anyone else had these issues? via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2GKh3l1
