"We need surprise shiny releases."

#PokemonGO: A lot of people are saying the shiny hunting is starting to get old. I only semi-agree with this. I love the thrill of catching one - but the main part of that thrill is the element of surprise.OMG IT’S SHINY!!We have to tell people the second we have one. It’s exciting. It’s part of what makes this game so social.Niantic should consider rolling out “surprise shinies” every once in a while. For example, someone randomly catches a shiny Slowpoke in Boston. They post it... bc that’s what people do re: shinies... we HAVE to tell someone... then others go out looking for shiny Slowpokes until someone confirms... 12 hours later, Niantic publicly confirms.This puts the surprise/discovery of shinies back in the hands of the players... making shiny hunting much more of a social activity again. via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2DiOR7Q
