"Is it time Team Leader battles got an overhaul?"

#PokemonGO: They never use shields and have used the same pokemon since its inception. There's no rock, paper, scissors style gameplay and it can sometimes be a chore just to do the daily battle for a reward. If choosing randomly from all pokemon in the game is too much for the servers to handle, each leader could have a group of say 12 pokemon that were randomly selected each time you battled them, at least that would mix things up a bit rather than being greeted with same 3 pokemon every time - and have them randomly use shields.Thoughts?
