"Team Perks?"

#PokemonGO: There are very few perks currently in the game in regards to being a member of a specific team. One of them is the Gym Control bonus ball after completing a Raid. With the introduction of the Team Medallion to allow trainers to change their team, why not add perks to those teams to provide an incentive for being part of a certain team.Looking at each team leader's introductions, they mention a specific aspect of Pokemon hunting that is not repeated by the others.Candela - trainingBlanche - evolvingSpark - hatchingWhy not introduce some perks to being part of a team to match your play style? For this idea, a special exemption would need to be made for the cool down between using medallions for those who used one already.For Valor, they could have a small bonus to the amount of stardust they gain to allow them to power up their Pokemon more often.For Mystic, this one is not too clear what it could be.
