"Evolved shiny pokemon should be able to be found in the wild."

#PokemonGO: Why aren't evolved pokemon available to be shiny in the wild or in raids. It makes no sense because they are more rare than their pre-evolutions. Also, egg shiny baby evolutions should be shiny.
