"Niantic Has Fixed the Photobomb Bug"

#PokemonGO: Previously in this thread, it was discovered that there was a bug in the logic that caused people to lose their chance at the daily photobomb:The game decides when you START the photo session whether you will get the photobomb and changes the flag or counter at this point, NOT when you take the picture. If you don't take a picture during this session, you've lost your chance for the day.It appears that in the past month, Niantic has fixed the bug!I ran the following tests today on two accounts:Start photo session, exit without taking picture, start second photo session, take picture.Start photo session, exit without taking picture, start second photo session, exit without taking picture, start third photo session, take picture.In both instances, I was successfully photobombed by Pikachu when I took the picture.Niantic actually fixed a bug in a timely manner! via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2xrr6HD
