"PoGo helped us find my great-great-grandparents' graves"

#PokemonGO: Fun story from today--we are visiting Wyoming to put my grandfather to rest (we live in California). His family lived in the area going back several generations, and they were all buried in the local cemetery. We knew that the great-greats were buried in an Oddfellows' plot, but nothing else, and this cemetery is full of 150 years worth of people from several different secret societies (Elks, Eagles, Masons, et cetera). So we wandered down a couple rows of graves being confused, and I opened PoGo just for fun, even though my family makes fun of me every time I do that instead of "enjoying the scenery." Almost immediately, I found a Pokéstop marking the Oddfellows section toward the back, and we were able to find our family back four generations (plus a whole collection of grass and fire starters)! via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2Yl4tzA
