"Water festival is a disappointment so far. My Report after 30km walking around the "kemnader see" in germany"

#PokemonGO: Im living like 10 min away from the lake "kemnader see" in germany so i was super excited for the water festival.Since the start i walked 30km around the lake on three different days at three different times of day.Honestly i cant really tell a different in spawns exept for a higher spawn rate of totodiles, carvanha and for some weird reason teddiursa and endive.Even the vulpix spawns are still the same.But the one pokemon i havnt seen in 30km is a feebas. Niantic are you kidding me??? What am i supposed to do to get the 100 candy if they dont even spawn during the water festival. There is no way i cant get closer to a lake than this and still not a single feebas.This is classic niantic to me all over again. sorry for my english and the rant but after investing so much time for basically nothing im just mad...EDIT: Nevermind at kilometer 35 i just caught my first event feebas.
