"At what IV spread rank do you invest in for PvP?"

#PokemonGO: With the various sites such as Go Stadium where you can input specific pokemon IV spread for Great and Ultra Leagues, at what rank do you start to invest in that particular pokemon with second moves, powering up, etc?For example, my 9/15/13 Azumarill comes in at 13 in terms of best IV spread for Great League, my 15/15/14 Medicham at number 4, whilst my only non weather-boosted Deoxys-D ranks at a lowly 112.Nobody does PvP here, but my counters are all solid for past legendaries and Gen 5 legendaries, so might as well look at Great League pokemon so I at least have a team ready to go.Obviously if you're taking part in a tournament you power up what you have, but outside of that do you have a particular rank before you start investing?
