"Receive gifts in advance of tomorrow."

#PokemonGO: While receiving gifts before current event I've found issue when gps is not available (works for evening hours). When gps is turned off (or not available) and game started, nobody in the list of friends was marked with blue circle even if I had interaction today though. If I receive a gift, this gift is counted in advance of next day. I've reported this bug few times to Niantic support, but the only recommendation was "turn on gps and restart app".Is scope of current event this "bug" can be very useful. If you need few gifts to fill empty eggs slot, you can do the following. 1. Have evening hours (for me it works after 7pm, Timezone GMT-5, it can differ for you). 2. You have at least 1 empty slot for egg. 3. Turn off gps. 4. Restart app. 5. Navigate friends list. 6. Friends must not have blue circle. This is a sign that trick works for you!!! And you can go to the next steps. 7. Receive gifts to fill empty slots. 8.
