"Why Groudon is a not Top Tier Attacker (and how to fix it)"

#PokemonGO: I did video because I was doing duos with SparklTangerine and I noticed it was sunny. After doing the Raikou Duo (https://youtu.be/b81YS_6g6TY), I thought why not try to duo Entei with Groudon. As I was looking up the duo on Pokebattler, I noticed that Groudon actually had a slower time to win than Kingler despite the weather boost. I thought this was just wrong (not in terms of the calculations but the pokemon morality of having such a legendary pokemon with a weather boost not being near the absolute top of counters).I wanted to dive a little further into this and analyzed why Groudon is so bad (specifically as a ground attacker and generalist).
