"About Ex raid invite system and hour triggering"

#PokemonGO: We see that about 75% of the ex gym we unlock releases invites for 13.00 (1pm). I've read many posts with theories about hour triggering but it's still unclear to me if the first raid we do triggers the Ex time, or if it's an average of the raids done at the gym.Another thing i'm not sure about is if that first raid is counted immediately after the ex passes wave or after the ex raids.
