Don’t get me wrong, they would (and still deserve) the backlash for being incompetent, but to me I’d rather them be honest then lie to us. All they gotta say is that they weren’t prepared for the transition from handheld to console and that they ended up having to cut 50% of the Pokémon because of their incompetence. Instead, they gave us false hope that they made new models and dynamic animations when that is clearly not a completely honest answer. The backlash would probably be gone if they included free updates to give us the mons that were culled. Knowing how they couldn’t add like 20 Mega evolutions (rip) that were introduced from ORAS to XY via an update, I doubt this will actually happen. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2pKscOv
