"If your Go Plus or similar is Broken, Call Nintendo. I just had a great Conversation with Them"

#PokemonGO: I told them how I bought it as a gift and was looking for a refund. I had actually bought it for my fiancee before Sword and Shield came out to tide her over until then.I told them how Niantic and the Pokemon Company had been bouncing me back and forth with the same "copy and paste" responses. Basically, I told them how the admitted to me just yesterday that it was still an issue.(I had to tell the Niantic representative that I didn't want a prepared response and just a solid yes or no on if the device works, He said no).I told them after a month of this I was tired, how my local raid friends had had this happening for 2 months, and I just wanted them to kick them in shape since they are the manufacturers. This is were a supervisor came in and he even tried to copy the problem with his Pokeball Plus. Which I think he was able to.So, call Nintendo support, and hit these points: be polite, laugh but let them know your frustration, how it was acknowledged as a "known issue" and then taken down before the holidays. Tell them it affects their Pokeball Plus too(important) even if you don't own one(tell them you don't own one but also let them know) but the Pokeball still works as a joycon, let them know about your friends too if they are experiencing it, and last GET A SUPERVISOR, a supervisor is the only one that can push the problem higher.Good luck, everyone, maybe this is the kick in the butt Niantic needs.Sidenote: Those that got their pluses working. I'm happy for you. But please help the rest of us and don't simply downvote because Niantic says it's fixed.Edit:Phoneline1-800-255-3700then after that: I believe it was option 1 and then 3. Switch, and Troubleshooting. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/33y3q2N
