#PokemonGO: First of all, this event would have been a great opportunity to introduce evolution by trade, which was added to the code about a year ago. It would have been a surprise for all to learn that Pokemon such as Machamp Golem Alakazam etc could have another way of evolving.Secondly, there are 2 Generation 5 Pokemon that evolve via trading for each other in the MSG: Karrablast and Shelmet. If they had introduced evolution by trade, they should have introduced another (yet small as always) "wave" by introducing these Pokemon into Go.I'm not complaining about the event spawns, as others have said the spawns are great, particularly imo Burmy not in my biome, Porygon, Magnemites and Rhyhorn among others, but it seems like this evolution by trade mechanics and the Pokemon that evolve by trading for each other, Shelmet and Karrablast, should have been introduced with this "evolution" event.Thoughts? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2sbj4mw
