"The Hemisphere division is at latitude 0"

#PokemonGO: Hello, just reporting that Niantic evidently set the hemisphere division at exactly latitude 0, so everything above it counts for the early morning schedule and below plays later in the day.I live in Quito, Ecuador, which is notably close to the equator so me and a few friends decided to test where the division is and see if we could play 2 schedules of the Community Day by going above the line in the morning and go back down later in the day.
