If you're interested in making these just paint the luvdiscs on with paint, and for the rips i just cut 2 parallel lines with the razor and took a pair of tweezers to pull out the threads in between the cuts, which is what gives you the white strings on the rips via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2U2jxTH
