"Too many incense, not enough pokeballs"

#PokemonGO: At first, I thought the 1 coin 30 incense deal to be a great touch for the lockdown. But that got me thinking, why give us a deal on incense but no deal on pokeballs? I can only refill so much through friend's gifts. If the point of this deal is to keep people playing at home, then there should be a package that comes with pokeballs too.
