"Legendaries were released what's the longest drought of any given legendary?"

#PokemonGO: Given out in raids, quests/researches, weekly rewards, go battle.I started playing late June and am only missing 3 legendaries. Palkia, Dialga and Giratina-O. I'm curious to the length of drought for these Pokémon versus others in the past.Palkia has been away for 14 monthsDialga has been away for 13 monthsGiratina-O has been away for 12 monthsSince I started playing I've been wanting Giratina-O for raids. Since go battle started I've been wanting Dialga and now with the meta update Palkia has gotten good.Considering I love numbers and statistics I'm curious how the length of the above pokemon compare to others.
