"Niantics most infuriating business practice."

#PokemonGO: How is it possible that you can't get your raid pass back if you choose not to do the raid. I live in nyc and I am usually the one to chuck in the first pass. About one in three times no one ever joins and I come away from it having completely wasting the pass. This has to be the most fucked up gambling mechanism I've ever seen in a video game because you are essentially gambling just to have a chance at gambling again in catching the raid pokemon and it having ideal ivs or movesets. I know a lot of people would say "just join after enough people have already joined" but if everyone thought that way then raids would just straight up never happen. The first 3 people are literally gambling and pretty much carrying the go community on their back by doing so and it's not ok. Does anyone know if niantic ever addressed this or spoke about returning the passes if the raid doesnt occur? via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/3dHQfAu
