"For the first time in 4 years, we’re not getting a main series Pokémon game this year"

And I’m happy. I’ve been a Pokémon fan for awhile but after Sw/Sh I kinda got out of it, because I was so disappointed with the way Nintendo or GameFreak was handling the series and the path it was taking. They stopped innovating and really trying to make the games feel new and fresh. But I’m so glad now they’re finally taking a year off, we don’t need these games yearly.
