#PokemonGO: I wanted to point out that since Dragon Breath and Blast Burn are both competitively ideal and occupy different move slots, it could be the case that evolving it during December's CD would give it both moves. Otherwise, you'll need to spend an Elite TM.Of course, we can't guarantee we'll know how Niantic will do things, and I'm 99% sure they will not announce this ahead of time.
