"Pogo fest 2020 makeup low shiny rate?"

#PokemonGO: How did everyone feel about the makeup for go fest? I feel like I played just as hard as I did during the original go fest and did far better. I came away from this event only getting one shiny from each habitat and I feel like I was experiencing pokémon breaking out and fleeing a lot more than normal.
