"Pokémon survey for a college project"

Hi everyone! As part of a college project for which I'm required to design a prototype Pokémon, I need to collect some survey responses. Since they have to come from people who are actually interested in the franchise I figured here would be a good place to share it. Majority of the questions are just multiple choice and any written answers only need to be one or a few words long, it's nothing long-winded.
